Our Smoked Pork Hocks come from heritage breed pigs, raised in a clean and natural environment. They are fed a Non-GMO feed, and are allowed to root and move freely in open forested areas. Through regenerative practices, we strive to create healthier soils and a healthier environment for our pigs. Enjoy the traditional flavor of our smoked pork hocks.

Also called the knuckle, this is the lower segment of the leg. Smoked to perfection, they will add the most delicious flavor to soups, stews, sauerkraut, or collard greens. (Avg 1.5lbs)

I ordered a plain pork hock, but then changed my mind and texted Jenni at Rebel to see if they could chance the order to a smoked one.She texted back right away and said no problem. I went to pick it up today; their place is easy to find and the pick up room clean and neat with my order waiting for me in the freezer. Thanks guys! Can wait to make some pea soup!
